Not by default. Every connection is read-only when you set it up. Write access is a separate, per-source permission.
Yes. Each client gets its own workspace with its own connections, and workspaces cannot read each other.
Yes. Everything you connect here is also available through the ConvoData MCP Server, so you can ask the same questions from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your terminal.
