Data provided directly during account creation or support:

  • Payment and subscription details
  • Queries asked to our AI models

1.2 Connected Platform Data

When you connect services (GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Ahrefs):

We access profile info, search performance, and advertising metrics via OAuth. Note: We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.

ConvoData acts as a Data Processor; you are the Data Controller.

Users in the EEA/UK have rights to: Access, Correct, Delete, or Export their data.

Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). Data is retained only as long as your account is active. YouTube data is deleted within 7 days of access revocation.
